8 Mile run in Bermuda

This was a challenging run, thanks to a very aggressive (for me) pair of midweek runs and some enthusiastic P90X workouts (why, Legs and Back, WHY?).


Still, the weather was beautiful, the scenery, luscious and the scents in the air, heavenly.
